Food and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España will host, for the first time in Indonesia, the Food and Wines from Spain Open Day in Yakarta on November 29th from 5.30 to 8pm at Txoko Restaurant, one of the first restaurants certified with the Restaurants from Spain seal of quality. The event aims to bring together relevant actors in the Indonesian Food and Beverage industry to broaden the knowledge of Spanish products available in Indonesia and to bring manufacturers and distributors closer to restauranteurs, hoteliers and retailers.
The event will be based on a wine tasting. Wines will be paired with recipes by chef Oskar Urzelai using food related products displayed by participants.
This Open Day is a meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, sommeliers, chefs and other representatives from the HORECA sector. There will be a wide range of wines present from different regions of Spain and a variety of food products such as meat, olive oil, artichokes, olives among others.
