Düsseldorf's well-known Dreischeibenhaus offers two concepts: At lunchtime, the simpler but sophisticated "PHOENIX Lunch", in the evening it transforms to "PHOENIX Restaurant & Wine Bar" with aromatic Avantgarde dishes divised in two Gourmet sections "Fauna“ and "Flora“ with a strictly vegetarian focus". The ambience: a stylish mix of 60s design and modern elements, plus a visible kitchen and roof top terrasse with spectatcular view on Dusseldorf. The restaurant is aiming for a star. The Restaurant employs a young Sommelier Team with Hendrik Weiss at the head.
