Olivia, in collaboration with Alfa International Pte Ltd, presents Lunch Fiesta, a Spanish-inspired lunch experience. The menu features an array of Spanish and Mediterranean-influenced dishes, including croquettes, bread with tomatoes and Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, Alaskan salmon, spicy lamb albondigas, and Spanish torrija with ice cream. Diners can enjoy this curated lunch for $75++ per person, with an optional wine pairing for $80++, featuring wines from Bodegas Protos and Capcanes Cellar.
