Wine Tastings and Culinary Workshop

Along the way, attendees can look forward to sampling 300+ new vintages from many of the country’s leading wineries alongside producer tastings of premium EVOO’s, mono-varietals and blends, a selection of cheeses and cured meats from Spain and more, at one of the country’s largest celebrations of Spain’s culture and gastronomy.

Spain’s Great Match 2023 Schedule

Spain's Great Match: New York will feature robust importer/winery portfolio stations, regional tours, educational seminars, ‘Discovery Zone’ brands, and food and wine pairing challenges. Learn about the most important and lesser-known exciting Spanish grape varieties and regions while tasting your way through Spain or by attending one or more of the seminars and mini-seminars.

Regarded as an exemplary recording of the third stream, Miles Davis' Sketches of Spain is the epitome of musical fusion consisting of jazz, European classical, and worldly influence. Serving as a living, breathing metaphor, Spanish wine finds its place as its own third-stream as a confluence in tapestry of varieties, tierras (terroirs), and global inspiration. Join Master Sommelier Evan Goldstein as he explores Spanish wine's Sketches of Spain.
