The third annual Spain Food Nation Summit, organized by Foods and Wines from Spain, through the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in New York, and Alimentos de España, will take place on September 30th at Mercado Little Spain in New York, as the opening event of the of Spain’s Great Match New York. The Summit follows prior meetings of the advisory councils during which best practices for emerging Spanish food and wine companies were analyzed, conclusions were drawn, and potential development paths were identified. The summit is a space aimed at strengthening trade relations between Spain and the US, enabling discussions about how to improve the positioning and demand for Spanish foods and beverages in the US market.

The Food Panel, moderated by Luke Abbott, CEO of Vdriven Consulting and former President of KeHE Monterrey Provision, will explore strategies for achieving success in U.S. retail and foodservice markets, offering food companies
from Spain practical guidance for market entry and growth.
The Wine Panel, with experts from both on-premise and off-premise channels, will explore strategies for wine and alcohol brands from Spain to establish and expand their presence across the U.S. distribution system.
The Pitch Exhibition, NEW for 2025, will bring concepts to life as companies with foods from Spain pitch their products to a panel of industry experts for interactive, real-time feedback on approaches to buyers, importers, and distributors.
