Within the framework of an open tasting, a total of 20 selected bodegas, 5 producers of delicacies and foods and 5 importers of food and wine will present their selected assortment at their exhibitor tables and represent the Spanish wine and food landscape. Among them are protagonists from the youngest generation of winemakers as well as innovators, and special attention will be paid this year again to the small producers of fancy food and delicacies we are proud to present.
