LA STELLAR MAISON will host an exclusive Spanish wine and food-pairing experience from 22 September to 2 October, 2026. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of four Spanish wines paired with an à la carte menu showcasing a variety of authentic Spanish delicacies.
El Abuelo Blanco and El Abuelo Garnacha Tintorera from Bodegas Piqueras, alongside Primer Rosat 2024 from Cellers Aqvvgstvs and Cuatro Rayas Tempranillo Ecológico.
The menu will feature delicate sardinillas, bonito, agujas and mejillones en escabeche from Conservas de Cambados; smoked anchovies, boquerones and octopus legs from Salanort; and premium tuna loin, tuna belly and monkfish from Frigoríficos Ferrer, complemented by the distinctive flavours of Mas Pares foie gras.
