Glass Brasserie
Glass Brasserie is delighted to join the Sydney restaurant lineup for Eat Spain, Drink Spain Australia. With our Executive Chef having just returned from a culinary trip to Spain, this feels especially timely for us, and we're thrilled to celebrate a culture built on connection, conviviality and community.
Guests can expect a range of Spanish-inspired activations and menu items throughout the month. A pop-up tapas menu will run in our wine bar for those after a quick bite or an after-work drink, alongside full-size Spanish-inspired dishes joining our existing a la carte offering in the Brasserie. We're also bringing tableside Ibérico jamón slicing and a special Spanish wine offer, featuring standout regions from across Spain, available in both the Brasserie and Wine Bar. In the Wine Bar, guests can also enjoy our take on the classic sangria spritz.
While the full menu is still being finalised, Basque cheesecake will feature throughout the month across both Glass Brasserie and our Lobby Lounge café.
We can't wait to showcase incredible Spanish produce and makers throughout September, and to welcome guests in to join the celebrations.
