Celebrate Eat Spain, Drink Spain at MoVida Original with a special Casquería (Spanish offal) Menu, priced at $65 and available throughout the campaign. Showcasing bold and traditional Spanish flavours, the menu features Karina Gordal olives marinated with citrus and fennel; house-made morcilla (Spanish black pudding) with onion, rice and aromatic spices, grilled and served with pan cristal; orejas (crispy pig’s ears) with spicy mojo sauce, piparra peppers, onion and pepinillos; and Callos Madrileños (Madrid-style tripe stew) slow-cooked with chorizo and Navarrico chickpeas in a rich broth made with La Chinata smoked paprika, Sierra Maestra Fino Sherry and La Legua carne de ñora. The menu is completed with a mixed leaf salad and a carajillo-inspired dessert of rum ice cream, coffee granita and leche merengada cream.
