For Eat Spain, Drink Spain, Paripé will host its Paripé Tasting Series – Vol. I: Spanish Vermouth, Tapas & Wine every Wednesday throughout September. Priced at $95 per person, this is a guided culinary journey through Spain where guests discover premium Spanish vermouths, regional wines and traditional tapas, with each pairing accompanied by a short story about its origin, history and flavours. Featuring Spanish favourites such as Gordal olives, Spanish charcuterie, Ribeiro and Rioja wines, the experience showcases the diversity of Spanish food and drink in an intimate and relaxed setting.
