Guided by traditional recipes and techniques, we use only the finest Spanish Bomba rice from the L'Albufera region of Valencia to create memorable paellas.

We have competed in the internationally renowned Concurs de Paella Valenciana de Sueca, held in the town where paella is said to have originated. Over the years, we have proudly been awarded ""Best Paella Outside of Spain"" on three separate occasions.
