10th – 24th October: El Vaso de Oro HK is a Spanish wine cellar in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, opened in 2022 by Catalan chef Carlos Salvador Asensio. Its cuisine pays homage to Spanish gastronomic tradition with tapas, classic dishes and a carefully selected range of wines, vermouths and fortified wines. Inspired by the bodegas of the 1970s, the restaurant offers an authentic, welcoming atmosphere that is open to both local and international guests.

To celebrate ""Eat Spain Drink Spain 2026"" , El Vaso de Oro HK will be offering a sensory adventure from the 10th to the 24th of October.

Five wines. Five signature bites. One journey through Cádiz: Embark on a sensory adventure with The Barbadillo Experience, where you can discover the exquisite world of Barbadillo through a curated tasting of five exceptional wines. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a signature bite from El Vaso de Oro, allowing you to savor the rich flavors and traditions of Cádiz in every glass and every bite.

- Indulge in the iconic Manzanilla and Pedro Ximénez, each representing the unique heritage of the region.

- Each wine is paired with a specially crafted bite, enhancing the tasting experience.

- Our knowledgeable team will introduce each wine, explaining the thoughtful pairing to elevate your enjoyment.

- Available from the 10th to the 24th of October,, from Thursday to Sunday evenings, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm (last order at 9:00 pm).
