AleBosco, as part of the Eat Spain Drink Spain campaign, aims to showcase the diversity of Spanish cuisine and premium-quality products through a modern and creative culinary approach.
Restaurant guests will have the opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of Spain through a series of events and special offerings, including:
• a tasting of Galician oysters,
• a tasting of Spanish cured hams, Jamón Ibérico, in collaboration with José Hita,
• evenings featuring selected Spanish wines hosted by sommeliers specializing in wines from the Iberian Peninsula,
• a special festival menu inspired by Spanish cuisine, including signature tapas and Spanish-inspired accompaniments to main courses,
• live cooking demonstrations featuring the preparation of traditional paella.
