Alejos Tapas Grill & Wine, as part of the Eat Spain Drink Spain campaign, will offer a selection of traditional Basque-style pintxos served at the bar during the evening hours. Pintxos are one of the most iconic elements of Spanish gastronomy, especially in the Basque Country. These small, carefully crafted bites are designed to be enjoyed in a relaxed and social atmosphere, showcasing a variety of flavours and premium ingredients.

The initiative aims to introduce guests to an authentic Spanish culinary tradition from the moment they enter the restaurant. Visitors will be able to enjoy a pintxo tasting while browsing the menu and deciding on their main course, creating a warm welcome and an immersive Spanish dining experience from the very first bite.
