During the festival, our chef has prepared a special dish: “Creamy Burrata Salad with Homemade Pesto,” complemented by olives in a citrus tomato confit that perfectly enhance its flavor.

In addition, at our Rock Pub, the drink of the month will be Agua de Valencia. With every cocktail ordered, guests will receive a complimentary snack: Excelencia Spanish olives.

Excelencia olives will also be available at our salad bar during breakfast and dinner service throughout the Eat Spain Drink Spain campaign.
