Eat Spain Drink Spain will launch in Qatar from October 1 to 15, 2025, introducing Doha audiences to the richness of Spanish gastronomy through a two‑week program of dining experiences, tastings, and special promotions. This first edition in the Middle East highlights both the tradition and innovation of Spain’s culinary culture.
Participating hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and gourmet boutiques will present Spanish‑inspired menus, curated pairings, and live demonstrations that showcase iconic products such as Andalusian extra virgin olive oils, D.O.P. Manchego cheese, and premium seafood preserves from Cantabria. The initiative also includes professional sessions designed to connect Qatari industry specialists with Spanish experts, strengthening knowledge exchange and business opportunities. Through ICEX’s Gulf‑wide digital platforms, campaign partners will benefit from increased visibility and regional outreach.
The EAT SPAIN DRINK SPAIN 2025 initiative invites restaurants, luxury hotels, gourmet stores, and importers in Qatar to join a transformative gastronomic movement. This year’s edition focuses on Spanish products tailored to Qatari tastes, featuring extra virgin olive oils from Andalucía, protected designation of origin (D.O.P.) cheeses like Artisanal Manchego, premium preserved seafood from the Cantabrian coast, and bomba rice for authentic Valencian paella. Selected partners will gain access to Spain’s most exclusive culinary treasures while adhering to Qatar’s cultural and regulatory standards.
Participants will receive visibility in ICEX Spain’s Gulf-wide digital campaign-which reached 1.2 million impressions in 2024-and specialized training webinars led by chefs experienced in GCC market trends.
