Ewine Asia x Sushisamba

Spanish wine specialist EWINE ASIA joins forces with SUSHISAMBA, the Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian rooftop atop Capital Tower, to put two Spanish labels on the Lunch Sommelier Selection from 1 to 15 September — 360 degrees of city and sea in every direction. J. Palacios Remondo "La Vendimia" 2023 brings old-vine, organically farmed Garnacha from Rioja, made by Álvaro Palacios. Val de Meigas Albariño 2024 answers with a floral, razor-sharp white from the Salnés Valley in Rías Baixas. One continental red, one Atlantic white, both chosen to stand up to the seviches, the SAMBA rolls and the robata grill. The pairing runs on beyond the campaign, too: EWINE ASIA's two picks are SUSHISAMBA's wines of the month for September.
