Albricias Restaurant - Paella Cooking Class

Learn how to prepare one of Spain's most iconic dishes in this hands-on Paella Cooking Class at Albricias. Working in pairs, participants will be guided through the key steps of making a traditional paella using authentic ingredients and techniques.

At the end of the session, guests will taste the different paellas, vote for their favourite, and enjoy their own creation on the Albricias terrace. All participants will receive a chef's hat, apron, recipe booklet and diploma.

Price: THB 999++ per person
