Master Spain's most celebrated dish
There's paella, and then there's paella - the real thing, cooked the way it has been for generations, where every stage matters and nothing is rushed.
On Friday 11th September, as part of our Eat Spain, Drink Spain promotion with ICEX, we're hosting an intimate Paella Masterclass - an evening devoted to the provenance, tradition and technique behind Spain's best-loved dish.
Our expert chefs will walk you through a traditional paella mixta step by step, sharing the knowledge behind each stage - from the sofrito to the socarrat - until it's ready to serve. Prefer to go meat-free? A paella de verduras is available on request - just let us know in advance.
And because no Spanish evening ends with just one dish...
Your masterclass unfolds as a proper Spanish feast: pan con tomate, Jamón Ibérico and nata fritters alongside the main event, with a Basque cheesecake to close. Two glasses of sangría per person are included, with non-alcoholic alternatives available.
