'Hart Bros Albariño is a wine bottled for us by our friends at Lagar de Fornelos. It's a wonderful example of a 100% Albariño from Rías Baixas, renowned for the varietal. It sees some time aging on its lees, lending additional complexity and depth to a crisp and saline Atlantic wine.
This style of Albariño lends itself beautifully to food (as well as just a glass!) as the fresh acidity cuts through and complements rich and fatty dishes.
