In this event hosted at the Glyde Inn in Anagassanan we will pair 6 Spanish wines with a Galician-inspired seafood menu and a selection of specialty Spanish products. Anagassanan, the town where the Glyde Inn is in, is twinned with Capoira (Pontevedra). Both towns share a Viking past and a love of razor clams. Spanish food expert Blanca Valencia and Conor O'Neil from the Glyde Inn will talk about the special relationship that Ireland and Galicia have and share travel and food tips in Galicia and the Camino de Santiago.
Wines at this event will be presented by wine expert Lynda Coogan from Wine Tasting Ireland and the food will be prepared by the chefs at the Glyde Inn.
