SALON DU FROMAGE 2024

With 290 exhibitors and 7,700 visits, the Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers establishes itself as the must-attend professional event for all stakeholders in the dairy sector. The Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers will celebrate its 18th edition from February 25 to 27, 2024. The objective of this event is to promote quality cheeses and products as well as the entire production chain. More than 7,000 professionals in search of innovations and exchanges will come to meet the 290 exhibitors and attend the professional events and competitions that take place during the 3 days of the fair.

Among all the events taking place during the Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers, here are the main highlights: On Sunday, February 25th, the "Coup de Coeurs" competition will reward the best productions. On Monday, February 26th, the Lyre d'Or competition will showcase assortments of cheeses created by cheesemakers. On Tuesday, February 27th, the Lyre d'Or awards ceremony and the "Grilled Cheese" challenge will introduce a new way of consuming cheeses. The Spain Pavilion, located at booth 7.3-069, will feature 5 exhibitors and, for the first time at the Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers, a discovery and tasting area for the products of 9 Spanish companies. Tastings and all information about cheeses and other products will be organized and presented by the renowned Master Cheesemonger Enric Canut.
