Spain Fusion México 2026 invites you to join us on May 13th, 2026, in Mexico DF for an exceptional event dedicated to Spanish gastronomy.

Spain Fusion is a proposal to discover the Spanish pantry and the gastronomic richness of Spain through the experience of our best chefs around the Spanish gastronomic product.

On May 13, Ex Convento San Hipólito will host an exceptional culinary event. Spain Fusion presents an engaging platform dedicated to Spanish cuisine, aiming to showcase and promote Spanish culinary excellence in Mexico.

This activity is part of the Spain Food Nation campaign, organized by Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España.

Set in a distinctive venue, Ex Convento San Hipólito, this event offers a full day of thrilling tastings and seminars, featuring masterclasses on a variety of Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques. 

There will be an exhibition area where prestigious Spanish companies and wineries will showcase their products seeking distribution in the market, accompanied by Mexican companies that import Spanish products and will also present the wide and excellent range already available on the market.
