From 4th to 8th October 2025, Cologne will host the 38th edition of ANUGA, one of the most important trade fairs for the food and beverage industry at international level, alongside SIAL in Paris and ALIMENTARIA in Barcelona.
The exhibitor areas (10 halls), which are organized by product groups and join together exhibitors from a specific sector, make it easier for buyers and trade visitors to contact exhibitors and make their visit to the trade fair more productive.
ICEX Trade and Investment is organizing a Spanish Pavilion this year with a total of 192 exhibiting companies in 4 halls:
Hall 11.1 ANUGA FINE FOOD - 140 Spanish exhibitors from the delicatessen sector showcasing Spanish olives and olive oils, canned fruits and vegetables, canned fish and seafood, delicatessen, gourmet products, dried fruits & snacks.
Hall 4.2 ANUGA FROZEN FOOD - 13 Spanish exhibitors from the frozen food sectors showing goods such as frozen bakery, ready meals, frozen meats, vegetables and ice creams. Spanish cuisine highlights will be featured such as frozen paella, croquetas and finger foods.
Hall 7 - ANUGA MEAT - 27 Spanish exhibitors from the meat sector - the best of Spanish fresh and cured meats will be present, highlighting Serrano and Ibérico Hams and other cured charcuterie.
Hall 10.1 - ANUGA DAIRY - 12 Spanish exhibitors from the dairy sector. You will find the best of Spanish IGP cheeses (Manchego, Ibérico and Mahón-Menorca), milk and yogurts.
A variety of organic products, from olive oils, cheese, fruit juices, to pistachio, canned fish and vegetables, will be presented at the Spanish Pavilion.
More than 7,900 exhibitors from 118 countries will participate in ANUGA 2025, presenting their products and new trends in the food and beverage sector. The proportion of foreign exhibitors and trade visitors is 93% and 80%, respectively, confirming the importance of this trade fair at the international level. Italy is the country with the highest number of exhibitors (904*), followed by China (589*), Spain (547*), Germany (509*), and Turkey (392*); *Figures from 2023. The number of trade visitors in 2023 was 139,647, of which 111,717 were from abroad, primarily from the Netherlands, Italy, Great Britain, Turkey, Spain, France, Poland, China, Belgium, and the USA.
The presence of high-ranking government representatives from all over the world underlines the importance that the global food sector attaches to ANUGA in Cologne, which has become an important platform for dialogue on international agricultural and food policy. Partner country ANUGA 2025: Korea.
