ISM 2023

The exposition “Taste Spain” will take place this year in Hamburg and is a pure B2B event platform and brings together Spanish winemakers Spanish producers head to Germany to attend the ISM trade fair. ISM, which is the leading international trade fair in the confectionery and snacks sector, will take place in the city of Cologne from April 23-25 in 2023.

With a participation of 52 exhibitors at ISM 2022, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade will again this year present in Hall 11.1 a wide range of products including chocolates, candies, biscuits, cookies, nuts, dried fruits and chips among other sweet and snack items.

Over 1.200 exhibitors from 72 countries will present their products in this year’s edition to retail and wholesale buyers coming from across the world. Additionally, more than 30 country and region pavilions have confirmed their participation.

ISM will not only present great networking opportunities for producers and buyers, but also will become the platform where the latest trends and innovations of the sector will be presented.

Spain is the fourth country with the largest number of exhibitors at the fair with a total of 95 companies.  Germany is the country with more exhibitors (138), followed by Belgium (132), Italy (99), Spain (95), , Netherlands (58), France (51), China (46), Turkey (45), UK (40),  Poland (40) and Greece (31).
