OPEN DAYS OSAKA 2025

Open Days is the leading trade fair for Spanish food and beverage importers in Japan and one of the most important events for Spanish companies seeking to expand their presence in the Japanese market. The event is organized by Foods and Wines from Spain, together with the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Japan and Alimentos de España under SPAIN FOOD NATION CAMPAIGN

This event provides a platform for Japanese importers specializing in Spanish gourmet products to showcase their catalogs to stores, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, wine shops, and other industry professionals, with the aim of increasing the distribution of Spanish food and beverages in Japan.

The event pursues two main objectives:

Highlight the quality and prestige of Spanish products in the Japanese market, reinforcing the image of excellence that local importers convey to their clients.

Promote direct contact between importers and industry professionals, facilitating new business opportunities and expanding the commercial network of participating companies.

Open Days has demonstrated its significance over the years. For example, the previous edition in Osaka featured around 300 brands and 35 exhibitors, consolidating the event as a strategic meeting point in the Japanese market.

All products showcased are of Spanish origin. Among the most common are:

Food: olive oil, spices, seasonings, ham and cold cuts, canned goods, seafood, pickled products, jams among others.

Beverages: wines, sparkling wines, beer, and other alcoholic beverage  and mineral water.
