Foods and Wines from Spain by ICEX Spain Trade and Investment is organizing the Spanish Pavilion at The Cheese and Dairy Products Show, where Spain will be the 2020 featured country. "By choosing Spain as Guest country of Honour at the 2020 edition, we can shine a light on the country's momentum and the diversity of its production", says Exhibition Manager Céline Glineur.

Few countries can presume to have the same richness as Spain in terms of cheeses, which are intimately linked to this country's diverse range of climates, landscapes and native livestock breeds. Spanish companies offer raw or pasteurized milk cheeses, cheeses made with cow's, goat's, ewe's and mixed-milk cheeses... blue cheeses, hard and soft cheeses... industrial cheeses, 100% artisanal cheeses... cheeses with rinds coated in olive oil, pimentón, herbs, or other spices...  All of them are of the highest quality and many of them hold protected denomination of origin status. 

Spanish pavillion will offer several guided tastings about spanish cheeses during the show:

• Sunday 23rd February:
  
  • Tasting of goat cheeses - 11:30 am
  • Tasting of ewe's milk cheeses - 15:30 pm
• Monday 24th February:
  
  • Knowing the spanish cheeses (Events Area) - 10:00 am
  • Tasting of mixed milk cheeses - 15:30 pm
• Tuesday 25th February:
  
  • Tasting of spanish "tortas" - 11:30 am
  • Tasting of blue-veined cheeses - 15:30 am
• Wednesday 26th February:
  • Tasting of cow's milk cheeses - 11:30 am
