Eat & Drink Spain-Weeks at La Cuisine Rademacher
Marlon Rademacher already worked in the 3 star restaurant "The Table" with Kevin Fehling and in the 3 star restaurant "Waldhotel Sonnora" with Helmut Thieltges in the Eifel.
Afterwards Marlon moved to Mallorca to the restaurant "Tirso" with the Spanish 2 star chef Carlos Abad.
Until realizing the long-cherished dream of self-employment at the age of 23, Marlon worked in the starred restaurant "Wein am Rhein" as Sous Chef. In 2018, he opened and successfully established La Cuisine Rademacher, his own restaurant in Cologne Dellbrück.
The Guide Michelin has awarded Marlon Rademacher's restaurant with a Michelin star for the first time in 2021.
