Sunday June 29th
11am-12pm: Discover the European Cheese Stories with Cheeses from Spain.
Presented by: INLAC and cheesemonger Erin T. Connolly.
Journey into the rich and diverse world of Spanish cheeses within the broader context of European cheese-making traditions. You can expect to learn about the unique characteristics, production methods, regional varieties, and cultural significance of cheeses originating from Spain. It's a chance to explore the flavors and narratives behind these culinary treasures.
1pm-2pm: Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. The perfect accessory - truly authentic, healthy and tasty.
Presented by: Interprofesional del Aceite de Oliva Español (Spain’s Olive Oil Association).
This seminar will show how Olive Oils from Spain have found an effective strategy to reach generations Z and Y and get them to fall in love with extra virgin olive oil through icons that represent them in the fashion industry. The presentation will highlight Spain quality production, health benefits of EVOO and its exquisite flavor that make it a true culinary treasure. It will be followed by an organoleptic tasting of the most representative varieties from Spain.
3pm-4pm: The importance of origin. Certified Restaurants from Spain and Colmados from Spain bring customers the genuine taste of Spain to the US.

Offered by Foods and Wines from Spain (ICEX) , this initiative recognizes and supports food and wine stores globally that focus on authentic Spanish products, ensuring their quality and origin. This means you can find genuine Spanish products with reliable standards right here in the US.

11am-12pm: Spain's winning cheeses. Unveiling a selection of Spain's Champion Cheeses from the 2025 Cheeses from Spain Awards paired with some delicious pairings.
Presented by: Kyra James, Professional Food Educator, American Cheese Society Education Committee Vice-chair, and Certified Cheese Professional.
