Chef Willy Trulàs Moreno is the protagonist of el Willy in Bangkok, and he also helped kick off the Eat Spain Drink Spain Thailand in 2025 in this smaller, more intimate venue than his original Shanghai restaurant. Owner Elena Batista has brought her own family recipes to life at La Salada restaurant, where paellas are cooked “live” in front of the clientele in this casual dining establishment.
