Eat & Drink Spain week arose from the intention of bringing Spanish gastronomy closer to top restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, delighting interested gourmets with the rich variety of Spanish wines and culinary delicacies. This project was born as part of an exciting cooperation between the gourmet magazine Falstaff and the wine department of the Spanish foreign trade institute ICEX Wine from Spain.

After their remarkable success in Germany, Falstaff and "Foods and Wines from Spain" together with “Alimentos de España” are organizing the Eat & Drink Spain Weeks in Austria for the first time - in cooperation with six exclusive restaurants.
During the promotional period - from November 7th to 21st, 2022 - a selection of excellent Spanish white and red wines as well as cavas and sherries, served by-the-glass, will await you at each of the participating establishments. The selection of wines varies from restaurant to restaurant, but you will always find the all-time classics as well as sensational new discoveries.
In addition, the chefs select the best from the countless culinary highlights and regional specialties of Spain and create a suitable menu inspired by the Spanish cuisine for you.
To take part in this unique event, simply visit a restaurant of your choice during the promotion period or – to be on the safe side – reserve a table in advance.
