Gastronomic Area at SFFF 2023

ICEX Spain Trade and Investment (ICEX) and the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA), are setting up a gastronomic space, as part of the #SpainFoodNation campaign, within the Spanish group stand organised by FIAB (the Spanish Food and Drink Federation) at the forthcoming Speciality and Fine Food Fair (SFFF), which runs from 11th to 12th September.

The space will be used to host tastings of Spanish products and deliver educational sessions for visitors to the fair: Spanish Aperitivo, with products from the Spanish exhibitors at the fair; Restaurants from Spain, a showcooking session with three renowned Spanish chefs in the UK. Also, two major importers of Spanish products will join us during both days of the fair, showcasing the best of their portfolio in the UK: cheeses, tinned fish, charcuterie, and much more. Both will present their products in a dedicated session of the programme.
