SPAIN FUSION Germany showcases the best of Spanish gastronomy on 13 and 14 November 2023 at the Kameha Hotel in Bonn as part of the famous "Chef of the Year" competition.
The trade event includes seminars, tastings and cooking demonstrations with experts and chefs from the Spanish and German gastronomy scene as well as exhibitor islands where selected specialist importers will make their Spanish gourmet products, wines and cavas available for tasting.

SPAIN FUSION Germany is an event organised by Vocento Gastronomía, which aims to promote and communicate the Spanish gastronomic offer in Germany. Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España sponsors the event under the Spain Food Nation campaign. The innovative 'Chef of the Year' competition serves as the perfect platform for SPAIN FUSION Germany, which aims to inspire chefs, restaurateurs, retailers, the press and influencers by bringing the best of Spain's larder to the plate and the glass.
