Tastings at Americas Food and Beverages Show 2024

Spanish Gastronomy will be the highlight of this year’s Americas Food and Beverage Show in Miami organized by the World Trade Center in Miami on September 16-18.

The Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference is only open to the industry, making this an exclusively B2B (business to business) event. Attendees of the Show are there looking for new and innovative products to source, add to their store shelves, menus, and to wow their clients.

A great representation of Gastronomy will be exhibited by over 653 exhibitors from more than 25 countries, and 16 country pavilions . The Spanish pavilion, hosted by the US-Spain Chamber of Commerce, will receive approximately 20 Spanish companies. AF&B Show is the meeting place for decision makers and buyers from all sectors of the industry for the Americas. the show receives more than 7,300 attendiees from 93 countries, where 50% of the show attendees are decision makers. AF&B is the ideal forum for meeting customers, vendors/service providers, suppliers, distributors and industry experts.

This year, Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España are organizing a cooking show with a tasting of Spanish products at the spotlight area conducted by Chef, Malyna Si, who has been until recently the Chef at CAPA in Four Seasons, Orlando, where she became the only female chef leading a Michelin-starred restaurant in Florida. She held this role until 2024, when she chose to take a sabbatical and pursue independent projects.

Chef Malyna Si, will be the official host of the daily live event on September 16 to 18 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste special tapas designed by the chef and made with some of the products that will be exhibiting at the show:
