For two weeks, participants met leading partners and stakeholders in the Dutch food ecosystem, to dive deeper into doing business in The Netherlands and prepare their market entrance.
Partnership Development Workshop
Graham Cross is the PhD and director of Innosapiens, a company specialized in innovation management, collaborative innovation and open innovation partnerships. Graham gave an in-depth workshop going over the di erent kinds of partnership models he encountered during his career and the best collaboration strategies. He also highlighted the importance of having very clear partnership terms and gave numerous examples of ways to handle and finalize a corporate deal. This workshop was very valuable to the startups as they were about to meet potential partners later that week during the Matchmaking Day.
Matchmaking Day with potential partners
To conclude their two-week introduction in the Dutch food ecosystem, the Spanishstartups participated in a hybrid Matchmaking Day organized by Unknown Group. Together with leading corporate partners in the industry, the startups explored potential collaboration opportunities.
Some of the partners came in person to meet the startups and have a 30-min conversation with them, while tasting some of their best products, others attended online.
