The Bullinarium offers regional and sustainable culinary delights in diverse and international preparation - with the flagship being clearly the bull beef. The master at the flame of the Bullinarium is Mateo López, a Spaniard from the Rioja region. The young bulls, which later end up on the plates, grow up naturally in closed-loop farming.
