Jeroen Achtien and Christian Vogel have been complementing the gastronomic scene in Brunnen since 2022. The two chefs are curious, creative and uncompromisingly committed to quality. The menu is flexible and recommends dishes to share. Second cuts are also cooked on the Big Green Egg.
