The 4-star superior hotel Adler Asperg is home to the modern brasserie Águila, which creates an informal atmosphere with its Spanish-Swabian concept and remains equally true to all its roots in the form of patatas bravas and beef roulades in Lemberger jus. The tapas bar is complemented by main courses such as fish soup, cod fillet in lemon olive oil and poached peppers, or a steak from Ibérico pork loin. In addition to the wine list, which features items from the D.O.C.a Rioja, Toro DO, Rueda DO and Württemberg, a high-class and creative selection of cocktails and international spirits is offered. If the brasserie had existed in 2012, Angela Merkel would surely have stopped by for a few sardinitas fritas during her visit to the Hotel Adler.
