The love of Catalan cuisine drives Jan-Hendrik Feldner and his team day and night, always on the lookout for further development and refinement of the whole and of details. ESTIMA stands for appreciation and this runs like a red thread through the kitchen, service and ambience.
The restaurant pays homage to the old Catalonia, which stretched from Valencia to the French Mediterranean. At the same time, the concept is interpreted in a modern way, there are about 20 seats in the dining room and the dishes are presented in a classic or vegetarian menu. Feldner and his team serve sangria lollipops, pulpo a la gallega tartelettes, and scallops with ibérico panceta, the jamón from the Bellota pig is imported from the Los Pedroches PDO, and most of the ingredients are also sourced either from Spain or directly from local farms.
