Here rules your host, the "Chef" Chef Markus Pape, restaurateur and cook with passion. As a native of Sauerland, he has found his culinary home with us after years of travel with stations in some of the most decorated houses in Germany and leading function in metropolitan gastronomy. The Pape family - his wife is also a professional - was looking for a cozy little town to live in, and Markus Pape was looking for a house that he could put his own personal stamp on. Down-to-earth and cosmopolitan, that means the best, if possible regional products, open to new kitchen developments, but solidly rooted in tradition.
