Spain’s Cheeses: Discover Award-Winning Spanish Cheesemaker

A guided tasting presentation highlighting seven exceptional Spanish cheeses from acclaimed producers across Spain. A professional cheesemonger will lead guests through the tasting experience, exploring each cheese’s origin, production method, and flavor profile.

The Mediterranean Pantry. Elevating Tapas with Culinary Treasures from the Valencian Region.

Rising Food Stars: Three Chefs, Three Signature Dishes

A dynamic culinary presentation featuring three chefs, each showcasing a signature dish that reflects their creativity, culinary identity, and contemporary approach to Spanish cuisine.

The session will conclude with the Trade Commissioner presenting certificates to the newest certified restaurants (RFS) from Spain

Premium EVOO Tasting

A guided masterclass led by an olive oil expert exploring the complexity, regional diversity, aromas, and tasting notes of Spanish extra virgin olive oils.
