Christie Dufault:

Christie is a professor of Wine & Beverage at The Culinary Institute of America.
Previously, Christie worked as the wine director for fine restaurants including Michael Mina’s RN74 and Gary Danko in San Francisco, where she was featured on the Food Network and earned the Grand Award from the Wine Spectator. She holds the Advanced Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers, is a Recertified Hospitality Educator and received the honor of “Wine Mentor of the Year” in 2019 by Wine & Spirits Magazine.

Mark Guillaudeu, MS:
Mark is a celebrated sommelier with a career spanning over a decade. Currently part of the sommelier team at Michelin 3-star Eleven Madison Park in New York, he has earned accolades such as the Best Sommelier USA title twice and the Master Sommelier Diploma. Mark has led programs at Michelin-starred Commis and taught for the San Francisco Wine School. The current Best USA Champion, Mark will compete for the ASI Best Sommelier in the World title in summer 2026.

Evan Goldstein, MS:
Evan is an internationally recognized authority and educator, a born teacher who has dedicated his adult life to introducing and sharing with others his passion for wine. In September 2022, Goldstein (a lifelong Giants fan) was recruited by his hometown team, becoming the first ever Master Sommelier for a professional sports organization.One of just 273 Master Sommeliers worldwide, Goldstein has authored four books, and co-authored several more. He is also a Founding Board Member of the Best USA Sommelier Association (BUSA, and a contributing editor to the Oxford Companion to Wine (5th edition, publication 2023).

César Saldaña:
Born in Jerez, Spain, César Saldaña has dedicated his career to sharing the story of Sherry with the world. After key leadership roles at González Byass and The House of Sandeman, he became General Manager of the Jerez DO in 2000 and, in 2020, its President. Representing over 1,500 growers and 100 bodegas, he champions Sherry through global education, the “Sherry Academy,” and tireless promotion of this iconic wine. He also heads the Brandy de Jerez regulatory body and the “Ruta del Vino del Marco de Jerez,” Spain’s leading wine tourism route. In 2022, he published El Libro de los Vinos de Jerez, one of the most comprehensive works ever written on Sherry.
