One of the world's leading authorities on Spanish wine, Ferran Centelles, former sommelier at the legendary El Bulli restaurant, continues to shape the global wine conversation through his work with the elBulliFoundation. This year, he will join our distinguished lineup of speakers and will lead two of the program's masterclasses.

o Campo de Borja Garnachas Históricas (2:45 – 3:30 PM) Evan Goldstein, MS: Ancient Vines, Exceptional Terroirs, and the Future of Historic Garnacha:
This masterclass will explore how old vines produce wines of greater complexity, distinctive character, and remarkable ageing potential. It will showcase the pioneering Garnachas Históricas project of DO Campo de Borja, developed in collaboration with the Public Universities of Navarra and Zaragoza, which demonstrates the exceptional quality, authenticity, and aromatic expression of Garnacha grown from historic vineyards
Drawing on four years of research, the project highlights the importance of preserving this unique viticultural heritage and its deep connection to terroir, while introducing an innovative methodology to scientifically verify and certify the true age of these historic vineyards.
