Raised between Mexico and the United States, she specializes in helping organizations understand the evolving behaviors, motivations, and cultural dynamics that influence U.S. Hispanic consumers. She recently served as a key strategic leader on ICEX's U.S. Hispanic Market Research on Food and Beverages from Spain study, identifying high-potential opportunities, consumer perceptions, purchasing behaviors, and growth strategies for Spanish food and beverage products among U.S. Hispanic consumers.

Wine Buyer and Regional Manager of Centurion Restaurant Group

Rosa has more than 20 years of experience leading restaurant operations for premier restaurant groups. She currently serves as regional manager for five locations of Bulla Gastropub, a restaurant serving foods and wines of Spain across 8 locations in Florida and Miami. She is also the wine buyer for all Bulla locations. Previously, she was General Manager at Morton’s The Steakhouse and as a Managing Partner and Restaurant Manager at The Capital Grille.
