Within the framework of an open tasting, a total of 22 selected bodegas, 3 producers of delicacies and foods and 1 importer will present their selected assortment at their exhibitor tables and represent the Spanish wine and food landscape. Among them are protagonists from the youngest generation of winemakers as well as innovators, and special attention will be paid this year to the small producers of fancy food and delicacies we are proud to present.

Three masterclasses presenting wines from Rias Baixas DO and Campo de Borja DO as well as Sherry Vinegar DOP Vinagre de Jerez will be offered to round off the event.
