Over a  fortnight, Chef Cinta invites you on a journey through Spain at its richest moment — from the vendimia of Rioja and Rías Baixas to the new olive oils of Andalucía and the dehesa of Extremadura — with new discoveries from her recent Salón Gourmets travels in Madrid.
