Balearic Charcuterie; Sobrasada, aged Mahón cheese and thyme honey.
2. Pa amb Oli i Mantega
Tomato & Garlic charred bread, aerated butter with confit tomato and garlic.

3. Croqueta de Mahón y Alcachofa
Mahón and Artichoke Croquette, Pickled leek and leek ash mayo.
4. Patatas Rotas con Fonoll
Crisp rustic potatoes, wild fennel and rosemary salt, and roasted garlic and paprika emulsion.
5. Coca de Trampó
Crisp Flatbread dough topped with roasted peppers, tomato, and onion.
6. Calamar amb Sobrasada
Fried Squid with Sobrasada, garlic, and chilli.
7. Brioix de Xot
Butter-toasted brioche, braised lamb shoulder, black olive.
8. Panceta Confitada amb Col
Confit Pork Belly cabbage, sherry raisins, toasted pine nuts.
A Sweet Finish
9. Xurros amb Xocolata i Taronja
Chocolate Anise-dusted churros, dark chocolate and orange sauce.
10. Ensaimada d'Ametlla
Almond Ensaimada laminated pastry, almond ice cream, virgin olive oil, sea salt.
