Wellspent Saturday Luxe returns for a special Spanish edition this September, in celebration of Eat Spain Drink Spain. Held once a month at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, this experiential day invites food and wine lovers to browse the Produce Market, join hands-on cooking demonstrations, and wind down with a fine dining experience.

For this edition, Chef Satish, Director of Academy Operations at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, brings together three of Singapore's finest Spanish kitchens: Chef Wang of AMOR, Chef Edward of My Little Spanish Place, and Chef Houssein of Asador/Next Door Spanish Cafe, for a collaborative 8-hands, 4-course lunch menu. Together, the chefs showcase authentic Spanish ingredients and flavours alongside inventive creations, including dishes made with upcycled ingredients from Wellspent.

The day is rounded out with a lineup of fringe activities: browse Spanish produce at the OPM Den market, join a Wine Tasting Masterclass by Tres Monos Wine Distribution, and get hands-on in the Seafood Paella with Eggshells Culinary Workshop or the Spanish Okara Pizza Workshop, where guests learn to recreate these iconic Spanish dishes themselves.
