On 12 September 2026, Binomio Restaurante presents Kaixō, an exclusive afternoon of Spanish tapas, free-flow premium sparkling wine, and captivating live performances. ""Kaixō"" is the Basque word for ""hello"", a fitting greeting for an event designed to welcome guests into the flavours and spirit of Spain.
In celebration of Eat Spain Drink Spain, Binomio partners with fellow campaign partners Ecolah and Ewineasia, sourcing authentic Spanish ingredients for the tapas and wines poured throughout the afternoon.
From 12pm to 4pm, guests can enjoy a curated selection of classic and modern Spanish tapas alongside free-flow red, white, and sparkling wine throughout the afternoon. The event comes alive with a live Spanish dance showcase, featuring dynamic and expressive performances celebrating contemporary Spanish artistry, and a DJ spinning vibrant Spanish beats and rhythms all afternoon.
