Drawing on years of experience and a deep passion for authentic Spanish cuisine, Chef Edward showcases Spain's rich culinary heritage using the finest Spanish produce, from premium seafood and artisanal cured meats to exceptional olive oils and traditional ingredients sourced from Spain.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with handcrafted cocktails and premium expressions from the Fundador and Emperador portfolio, carefully selected to complement and elevate every dish.
